Return And Refund Policy
Most items purchased from TalkPhone World are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on our website. If you are not satisfied with our mobile accessories, we accept return and also refund your money. Refund is possible in the window of one month only.
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within the applicable return window.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the accessories, IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
5. To process your return request, you might need to provide the respective invoice copy.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return. In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 working days.
1. All refunds will be routed through original payment gateway. No other refund route will be entertained. Cancellation Charges maybe applicable.
2. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
3. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
4. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order
In case of Late or Missing refunds:
1. If you haven't received your refund even after 7 days of processing your return, please check your bank account again. or contact your bank branch.
2. In case of further delay, feel free to contact our Customer Support.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Products are replaced only if they are not used and are in their original packaging. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, then either email us or contact our Customer Supprt Department.
We accept full or part cancellation of the order before the product(s) until they are deleiverd to you. One it order has been delivered, you will have to follow the usual procedure to Return the product(s). If the order is cancelled before delivery, you will get full refund.
